Hello Tuesday!

grey and overcast today but not FREEZING cold! Robins are running all over the exposed lawns - that is my sure sign of spring! Supposed to be glorious the next few days! I can't wait! The poop in the yard is beckoning to be picked up!

My mom is in Northern CA (Sacramento) - she didn't feel a thing, but I wouldn't expect her to... she is such a sound sleeper! Back in the 70's an ammunition train blew up in the rail yards not overly far from where we lived. The explosion(s) threw me out of my bed, woke me up and scared the crap out of me (I was very little) but my mom slept through the entire event!

whew! finally home from my conference for work. it's been rainy and cool all day. sooooo not good for driving in traffic, but i'm home safe and sound and ready for some computer time.

Mostly cloudy here today and a very busy day for a Tuesday. Spring Break is next week and we're working like mad to get a couple of big projects done before next Tuesday so we can have the remaining part of the week off.....vacation-free!

Well for us, my oldest is on March break and my hubby took the day off today and yesterday. We're heading out to a little farm to visit the animals then having dinner at my parents'. It's been so nice out that we're really soaking up the wonderful sunshine. Time spent with family is my favorite!

I guess I am late here, since its wed now :-) We are heading out to the doctors in a bit. Immunizations for both boys. That should be fun. It's raining again, but I am not going to complain cause at least it's not snowing. According to the weather man spring should be making an appearance tomorrow or friday. I SO hope that is the end of winter for us. The snow is almost all melted and I am crossing me fingers and toes and anything else that will cross that it won't come back again this season. Oh, and I didn't feel the earthquake either. I must have been in a deep sleep :-)
