i think now to transform and keep in proportion you just have to use the corner without shift but i find it is wonky and sometimes distorts. anyone else have that isssue? and any other ideas for the new transform. how can i revert to the old way of doing it?
Bobbie Jo there is a thread here I need to find for you re in preferences what needs to be checked to fix a lot of those glitches. Yes you just need to grab the corner without shift or hold the alt down while moving the corner will transform w & h at the same time. I will look for that thread and post it here when I find it
@bjc check this thread for the bugs CC Bugs/Glitchy fix! Also you can also go back to prior version the update also left the cc 2018 version on your system. Hope it helps
