Hey all! Well, some goals I hit, others not, but I have vision to keep on and a new goal to run a 5K, the end of this month! eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek! I added a photo to my page from last month, although I didn't make my goal for this month! Cause this is for me, not against me!! Right?? So our mission for a page this month is too talk about your goals, how you did, what you might change and most important, a GOAL for April, that in May we can check ourselves! Drink water, sleep more, move more, or eat less! lol You can use your weight if you want, but emphasis on life style changes that get us in the mind set to be HEALTHY!! I am loving the accountability of these pages and hope we will have a lovely about ME books to look soon!
I did not get around to creating my page last month but I did get one of my granddaughters to take a photo of me which I hope to use on a page for before and after.... eventually. I have a greater need to be more vigilant in exercising and being better at my eating habits as I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis.
For me, it’s getting my health sorted - not much will change this month i don’t think as my sleep study isn’t til May 7th.
Great prompt @AnneofAlamo! I'm down 16 pounds and 21 inches - my goal is another 5 pounds by the end of the month. I started walking on 3/28 and have walked every weekday since - between 40 and 50 minutes each day - pushing 2 miles - want to nail down 3 miles during that time frame. We got this ladies … we got this!!!
Ok, bit of a set back last month - was sick and my trainer (who I rely on way too much!) was away. This month my goal is to lose the weight I put on- about 1.5 kg plus maybe another kilo and attempt some cardio classes. My gym offers them as part of my membership but I have shied away from them - other than aqua cardio which is ok. I'm thinking about box fit and a cycle class - just have to get down and do it... sigh. and maybe eat less easter eggs although that seems a step too far

I moved up from just walking around an indoor track to using an elliptical and stationary bicycle. Tonight I did 35 minutes and 2.5 miles on the elliptical. This old lady is gonna be sore tomorrow - lol!! I will try to get a page done Anne!
Sorry I’m not around - might be mid year before I’m fully active here again. Currently waiting for my sleep study which is in 2 weeks then it’s a further 2-3 months before I see a specialist who might have some answers about the fatigue that I’ve had for the past 3 months.
Here's my May - June Fit Goal page, Anne. @AnneofAlamo I did Callanetics faithfully for many years then just stopped. I started doing them again about 6 months ago + planks, then fell off the wagon again a few weeks ago. I started again today!!
Oh oops I missed this thread earlier in the month! I was late getting my March layout done so I'll get to thinking and have this one done as soon as I can.
Please this is a fun challenge and you can always combine with one of the monthly challenges. Just to help you get accountability. My blog post isn't until next month...(I am a planner ahead kinda person)!
I am not here with a page, but I wanted to report that I bought a new scale. It seems to make me about 1.5 pounds heavier than the old one. But weight is all relative, isn't it? So I have been lazy the past week and gained a pound. Time to recommit... I have wedding photos in 45 days or so.
