lol, I promise it is not a weight loss program...this is scrapping fun, to push you out of your comfort zone, make you push buttons, learn your program and play to the most extreme!
any weight loss is only due to extreme concentration tee hee

@michelepixels I will have to add something to the title. It is going to be more using art journaling to push yourself in different ways, like "exercising" new muscles or pushing buttons. I am really excited to do this.

@rchansen Ten years ago, I would look at aj pages and go dang she is an artist, wow, how did she do that, to I want to try that. I had people who loved it show me, and now I adore it, and please, let me share the fun with you. Think of it as practice pages to hone your skills. it is ever so relaxing...and just fun!
