the 90's were a time for me, I started driving and hanging out with friends and cousins and boys roflmaooooo
and one song that reminds me of those summer times is:
Summertime by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince

Summer on the water is always Jimmy Buffett for me.

I specifically chose "Cheeseburger in Paradise" because I was once the only person (on the patio of the Margaritaville restaurant in Orlando, no less) who knew everything that went on said cheeseburger.

I like mine with lettuce and tomatoes, Heinz 57 and French Fried potatoes, a big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer...well good God almighty which way do I steer to my CHEESEBURGER IN PARADISE?!?

It has to be Beach Boys "Surfer Girl" popular when I was a teenager

Every year in France, we have "le tube de l'été" (I think you can the song of the summer) and I remembered in 1998 (after my baccalaureat) I head this song everywhere : Yakalelo - Nomads

Every time I hear Bamboleo, I’m instantly back by the pool, drink in hand, feet in the water, with the sun on my face. It’s one of those songs that just is summer to me….

This is the best summer song ever - Sommartider by Gyllene Tider. Sommartider means Summer Times. The song was originally released in 1982. I was 15 years old, and the summer was endless fun. Gyllene Tider was the first band Per Gessle had - you may know him better as the male part of Roxette. He's the man I have loved for a longer period of time than my husband. :agree

Not really a summer song but this one will forever take me back to the summer vacation 1999. We went by car from Sweden to France (Disneyland Paris was the peak event) and our daughter who was about 4 wanted us to play "Kiss me" by Sixpence none the richer over and over again. Still love it! :heartlub

It's been over a decade and I still don't think my mom or husband realized that part of my insistence on having burgers instead of steak at our (Key West) wedding dinner was so I could have a cheeseburger in paradise. I'm pretty sure the events person at the wedding did though.

I mean...you kinda have to have a cheeseburger there! C'mon!
