I realized that while I have thousands of fonts saved from over the years, I haven't installed many of them back on this mac. What are your favorite fonts for scrapping/journaling/title work? Bonus points for links!
For title work I download all the weekly freebies from creative market as well as the freebies from hungryjpeg. Sometimes there is good stuff there.
My recent faves are: Bakery https://www.dafont.com/bakery-2.font Ambarella I Love Glitter https://www.dafont.com/mf-i-love-glitter.font Playlist I linked the ones I knew...they're all pretty old so I don't remember! I tend to go with the same few repeatedly for a while, then swap it out for something different once I'm bored.
I like Caveat for journaling and it is the font I have used for all of my 1981 Cruise pages: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/list/find_fonts?q[term]=caveat&q[search_check]=Y I used Amienne on my Project Life pages last year: https://fontsup.com/font/amienne.html Andy has been a long time favourite of mine: https://fontsup.com/font/andy-bold.html Sometimes I like to use... Amelie : https://fontsup.com/font/amelie.html
My favs come from http://kevinandamanda.com/fonts/fontsforpeas/ or http://www.kevinandamanda.com/fonts/freescrapbookfonts/
I really just need to post & run from this thread... I have way too many fonts! I need to Marie Kondo my font folder! My fave lately has been Life Savers https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/life-savers
I am a font freak, so my apologies if I go overboard :-D Everything by Brittney Murphy Worstveld Sling New Romantics
I like the Hello font family by Jen Jones: https://www.dafont.com/jennifer-jones.d3960. I also have been using Bohemian Typewriter a lot as it's typewriter-y without being too distressed/hard to read.
I use my own handwriting a bit and mostly stick to Special Elite on my pages. I found that I had to many and would spend FOREVER picking fonts. Limiting myself has made my scrapping faster. https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/special-elite
I admire your restraint :-D I'm still at the point that I frequently spend longer picking a font than on the rest of the page
I love another typewriter as my typewriter font. Nightingale as my title cursive font. then I use DGB smarty pants often as my hand writing font.
another font lover here that needs to Marie kondo my folder!!! lol but I don't install my fonts on my notebook, or it would be impossible to use it! I have a font manager program and it allows to upload my font just for that moment. there are a few typewriter from Heather Joyce that I love, like the dry ribbon and the vintage typewriter.
