Flickr!

I used to post, some 4 years ago I was site CT for a store and some of the girls did post, I had a Flickr account so for all that year I did...and no, didn't know!!! will go have a look , may end up posting there too!!! :)
 
I usually post at least my CT pages there, it's easier than hosting them on my own webspace. I really need to start uploading full size pages for backup. Another backup is always good. I did know about The Lilypad group, I try and post my pages there but I've been lazy with the MOC ones.
 
I do... though I didn't know The Lilypad has a group! Yay! I love the Flikr. I have smugmug that I've been using for years now, but I think it is a great idea for the high resolution layouts though!

I had no idea. Have to check that out. I post all my layouts to my Flickr gallery.
 
does anyone know if flickr owns the right to all photos uploaded - heard photobucket does now
 
There is a link to the terms of service at the bottom of Flickr.com. There are different terms of service depending where you live, but at least the EU one is clear that you retain ownership and copyright, though they may use your content to promote Flickr. I don't know if the US one is different since it only shows me the one for my location.

Photobucket is also clear that you retain rights to your own images, however they have royalty-free license to use your content for any purpose at all. Flickr's terms specifically limit to using your content in the obvious ways (sharing your photos in all the ways you use Flickr specifically to do) and also for self-promotion. So Photobucket's terms are much broader in that way, but they do not own your photos.
 
oh I havent been in Fliockr for ages.... but I reckon Lorry is right....
