Hello and welcome to month seven of our new monthly challenge series, Finding Me In 2023. The goal of this series is to help you create an album of layouts specifically about you. Each month, a new theme will be presented along with one or more example layouts. By the end of the year, you will have a cover layout, at least 12 layouts, and an ending layout. The series is facilitated by me (@gonewiththewind or Cheryl of Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs). Each month, one or more TLP designers will sponsor. This isn't my layout for this month but I figured I'd share it for inspiration. I made it during MOC and now I have to pick a different song to do for Finding Me in 2023. (It's worth it though! I just have to figure out which song...)
I picked one. This was a bittersweet layout to make because I'm still really sad at how things played out. We're coming up on our 10 year wedding anniversary and we're still nauseating together so I guess a first dance isn't what makes a marriage last
This was kind of inspired by Monica's slooooow scrap. It definitely sparked the idea for the story. I expanded it a bit to include in my finding me pages.
I went with the route of documenting my days in high school band. I did 3 layouts but can only post one here since it was the only one with TLP product. This layout focuses on why I joined band and a little about the marching days. Layout number 2 shows the marching uniforms for football games and summer parades. Layout number 3 has photos of the dresses/formals I wore for the Christmas/spring concerts and the formal concert.
