February Style Challenge

I must tell on myself. I was going to use this for the scraplift challenge because of the template, but forgot I'd already done that one. I had it all scrapped for the style challenge and realized I needed to use some different papers and recolor them because the perfect plaid I had had colors in it. So here it is. I'm not as satisfied with it as with the perfect plaid, but it's still a pretty LO. I just don't do monochrome very well.

I went with a blue/turquoise color scheme. Just loved the Bright Ideas Collection from Paislee Press as a springboard for scrapping this group picture with my colleagues from the workshop I ran just a few weeks ago. All credits included in gallery.

 

This is a lot of pink, but I had fun using the new M3 collection.

Girl Power by Little Butterfly Wings

 

Mine for this challenge...

 

I wasn't sure I would like this challenge, but I finished this page in record time. I also love how it looks!

 

As we didn't have any snow this year I created a snow page.

I love monochrome page !

 

Love doing monochromatic... especially in my favourite blues.

 

Really out of my comfort zone with this one as I usually like to have more contrast in colour in my pages. I do like the end result though, so thanks for the challenge.
