This is where you'll find the steps after the chat, and also where you will post your layouts.

This is an extra slow chat, so you will have 48 hours to complete the challenge. Please follow the gallery guidelines. As we are celebrating our designers, if you use today's designer crush Nini of @ninigoesdigi OR tomorrow's crush (not yet revealed), you will receive an extra chance at the scrap cash. Using the LOD designer is NOT required for this Slow Scrap.

Slow Chat Requirements:
  1. Start with a solid or lightly painted/textured background
  2. Add a horizontal line at about 2/3 down your page can be a strip of paper, inked line, or slightly curved messy mark. It does not have to go across the entire page but should reach more than half way across (does not have to align to left paper edge). It can be stitching, ribbon, paper strip, just anything that gives a horizontal.
  3. Add 1 or 2 photos. If using 2 photos they should be touching and/or overlapping (a little or a lot). They need not be straight, nor perfectly aligned with your horizontal, but at least one should touch or overlap the horizontal line.
  4. Add a frame behind photo, do not fill with a photo, remains open
  5. Add at least 1 paint splash or a transfer behind the frame
  6. Add a collage of minimum 2 flowers, 1 leaf, + 1 button, brad, heart or star, or other element of your choice
  7. Add a word strip or word art below your photo, or overlapping the bottom of one and/or both photo(s)
  8. Add anything else you would like, date and journaling as you wish.
Post your layout in the gallery and add the slow scrap tag, as well as your designers. Paste it here using the Gallery BB code. Don't forget to show your love in the LOD thread if you chose to use our LOD designer.

The challenge will close at 4:00pm (EST) / 1:00pm (PST) on Friday 2/20

I was hoping to use this for today LOD but not able to as we have a template by Nini to use. So maybe tomorrow's LOD or I will just play along anyway.
