Exercise?

yes. swim. run.

don't even say bike - it hurts my woo and bum too much. ;)

Friends of mine are giving me their old kid's bike seat and helmet this weekend, so once I have that (and buy the bike I want! LOL!), I'm going to start taking Monkey out on bike rides after dinner. I need something that requires no athletic skill and can be done with Monkey with me (and restrained so she can't run away!), so bike riding it is! :)

We had a really mild winter last year (like maybe an inch of snow?) and they're predicting the same again this year, so I'm hoping that I can stretch it out into a 10 (or even 11!) month program.

Otherwise, we have Dance Revolution 3 for the Wii; it's just hard to come by screen time when we only have one TV and no one wants to watch me jiggle my moneymaker in their face! :giggle

I'm a huge fan of Bikram yoga. I run 3-4 days a week and through the summer swim almost daily now that we have a pool at home.

Laura, the only reason you like yoga is because it's one letter away from your favorite lil green guy.

It won't surprise most of you that dancing is my main form of exercise. Every chance I get.

Running 4 times a week and weights 3 or 4 times a week. I do add in some walking or the elliptical here and there, usually a few times a week. Depends so much on my mood and how my body is feeling. I just can't wait for it to cool off so I can run at a time of day other than having to get up either at 6 a.m or earlier to do it outside. I run on the treadmill a few times a week but I loathe it.

I. Am. Lazy.

There! I said it! But since we will no longer be able to eat for free at school, a few of us will be bringing our lunch to work and we're even starting a walking program. We tried it before and it went over well but with the blistering summer days and the work load we had to get school started, it kinda dwindled down to no one walking.
