Enable me some kits!

I'm starting to scrap my Scandinavia photos (Sweden, Iceland & Norway). I need help choosing kits. There's too many goodies to search for in the store and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed at the choices - which is a good thing! It could be either generic or more specifically themed. It doesn't matter.

If photos would help, let me know. I'll post some.

I'm looking for:

1. outdoors stuff (geysers, waterfalls, mountains, fjords/ocean, hiking) <-- this is what I'm mostly needing right now
   
2. anything for museums, old churches, old buildings, palaces
3. boat tours, bus tours, walking tours
4. restaurant/foodie stuff (we ate a lot of amazing meals - a lot of seafood!)

I'm sure there's more that I haven't thought about, so enable away!

My first thought was to begin with some templates...and to get the story told with an artsy feel? I know you are a woman who takes A LOT Of photos, but these templates, speak to me about big scenic photos:

Oh - thank you, Anne! I love these suggestions, especially the foodie kits! I do have those two template sets by Lynn, along with a few others. I've been using them almost non-stop! I'm off to check these out...

I love the layouts I have seen that you created - awesome photos perfectly scrapped. Love these suggestions too - that Project Mouse one is my fave.
