Do any of you use it? Experiences? Tips? I've got a bottle at home, and I'm tempted... to prolong my color, so I thought I'd ask. I've never done this before.

Yes!!! It is the best. Even if I just washed my hair the night before it adds volume and lift, and it can allow me to only wash my fine, slightly oily hair every other day, instead of every day. I prefer a powder I can sprinkle in and shake through my hair (if that makes sense) over the aerosol cans. Also, I have no idea if the link will work outside of Canada, but if you can get it to work the Baroness von Sketch show did a great bit on dry shampoo last year:

I would die without my dry shampoo. I'm a faithful user. In between hair colorings (when those vicious greys choose to show themselves), I use tinted dry shampoo. Works great to stretch out time between colorings.

It also is very good for giving flat/thin hair a lot of volume. Just look for cans that say "invisible." They really aren't invisible, but they go on "less white."

Batiste is my favorite so far!! Wash and dry your hair as normal, spray a bit in the same day you wash your hair and go about your business...then use it again as needed. There's another one I want to try that Ulta has, but OMG the price tag...I can't remember who it's by now.

Thanks, ladies! I have that Batiste one.... and it's got the color in ti... I didn't want powdery white, so opted for the brownish coloring. I saw one for Oribe, but I don't know if it is actually a dry shampoo or texturizer. Either way... that one was "over the top I'm not going to buy it for me at that exorbitant price!"

Julie.... I'll look up a video, thank you! That one wasn't available once I hit play. :( Thanks for trying! @Juliestcyr

I used to use it ALL.THE.TIME. My hair and skin are so oily so it was nice to have a break in between washings. I used the Dove spray kind and it works beautifully. However, as the smoke was swirling round my face one day I just got to wondering how safe it was inhaling all that so i have cut way back on my use of it. I haven't bought any in a very long time.

I use Batiste to give my hair a break once or twice a week from daily washings. I have oily scalp and roots and try to just target there and the rest of my hair is fine. I've tried several others but Batiste has been the best!

I use mine w/o any dyes because my hair is BLUE and let's just say that there is not a blue dye dry-shampoo. LOL!!!!! I love mine. I do find that it works for my hair when it's straight for curly hair it doesn't work as well.

I've never use it but my dd Emma could not live with out hers.!!!!

Thank you ladies... i'm thinking I might give it a try one time a week.... in between washings. I got the one with the tinted brown, as after the pink faded out of my hair it was orange. Now, it's a deeper red, so that will help!

I was a late comer to dry shampoo but it is a must have - esp when travelling! I use the spray, haven't seen the tinted ones yet, will keep an eye out.

When I had Bellamy it was a miracle worker. I often couldn't shower until late at night because he was so extremely clingy. It was usually too late to wash my hair and our room was next to the bathroom so no using the hairdryer. It was so easy to just spray and freshen it up. I had a tinted one (brown) that looked great, but I couldn't get it again, boo, so I just went with a plain one. I think my longest stretch with no hair washing was about two weeks (which I don't recommend, but it just happened) and the dry shampoo saved my life!!!
