Do you use the same element on every page?

    I tend to use messy threads a lot or some kind of string/bows/ribbons...and also scatters, I love them!

    I agree about the journaling font. Yanks Hand is my go to.

    I'm not totally consistent but I do often include some kind of brushwork/masking/paint/overlay etc and use flowers/greenery, buttons and string/ribbon a lot.

    Adding to that I’d say word art or word strips make it on to most of my layouts and if stitching doesn’t then staples usually do as well

    Yes, my layouts are very much the same things repeated with different photos and different words. I love a mixed media background look with scatters or splatters, a few minimal clusters, and wordart for a title.

    Love the heart tradition! On my Disney pages I generally try to make a Mickey shape with a cluster of 3 circular objects; I did go thru a tucked in little alpha monogram phase with DD's & DS's baby pics, I put them in when DD was in preschool & we were reading a lot of Spot What & hidden picture type books
