Digital Pin Exchange!

This is fun! I've made two so far but I keep browsing clipart looking for more pin ideas! Maybe you should include a limit because this is kind of addictive once you get started!

 

I saw your video on YouTube and I had to come see LOL! I adore enamel pins, I have a small collection in person and started a Pinterest board to "digitally collect" pins now I'm thinking I will have to give this a go!

ok, that was fun!

 

I have been playing with action (or trying to). It does not work completely in CS5. I get a final image that is just my original image with a layer in the foreground color clipped to it (no styles applied). It gives me the errors that "the command 'rasterize' is not currently available" and "the command 'merge layers' is not currently available" I have watched the video a few times and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I can use the styles and manually make the pins (which I love the outcome), but would love for the action to work (so I can make pins faster , thus making even more pins )

 

This happened to me too! I'm also using CS5. I thought it was just something I was doing wrong but I guess not. I found that if you stopped the action when you get the error and then delete the color layer, it looks ok. But I ended up using the styles for my two pins.

 

I have uploaded my first "pin", not bad for a first attempt HAHA! I did a planner, naturally I'm going to play with it some more - preferably after my little monkey has gone to bed as hubby is out with friends so I can have a look and see what else I can make. It's 5.30pm here already so only 2 more hours before I can take him to bed LOL! Then I can choose the better ones at a later date to upload.

I can foresee my Facebook header being covered in digital enamel pins I've made

 

I just played with the update....worked so much better. Thank you. Now I will go watch the video again and try to make an awesome pin to share with everyone.

 

ohhhh i am gonna have to make a pin....when I get back in town!
