Hi everyone, Welcome to our last Style challenge for 2019! This month I have been seeing so many amazing pages in the galleries inspired by Wreaths. Wreaths are so so pretty and have significant meanings. Its circular shape and evergreen foliage represents eternity, as it has no beginning or end and symbolises growth and everlasting life. So let’s create a page with the main design component being a wreath of some sort. It doesn’t need to be a Christmas theme so if you don’t celebrate Christmas or would just rather create a page of another theme by all means go ahead with a completely different feel, so long as a WREATH is your main design element in your page and contains foliage to remain true to the meaning behind and beauty of the wreath. CHALLENGE CRITERIA: Create a page that showcases a WREATH AS THE MAIN DESIGN COMPONENT. INCLUDE FOLIAGE in your Wreath so it is recognisably a wreath. I chose to do a Christmas page, I wasn’t initially but I had these fun photos of Tige so thought why not. I have compiled a PINTEREST BOARD | WONDEROUS WREATHS for you to find inspiration! There are countless ideas for themes so let your imagination go wild! ‘CANDY CANE TESTER’ HOLIDAY MAGIC | Becca Bonneville & Mommyish WREATHED IN JOY DRESSED UP | Fiddle-dee-dee Designs TEXT ON A PATH CLASSIC | Sahlin Studio As always, please remember the monthly challenge rules: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the December Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges). I can't wait to see your Wreath inspired pages!
