I used to always enjoy realistic pages, creating my own scene. So that is what I did here, along with my own "fill the page up as much as you can" approach.
Hmm, what is my style? I'd say simple (not too many embellishments), but a full page (either lots of photos or a big photo), I guess. I think maybe my style changes depending on what I'm scrapping or maybe it's just changed over time. Who really knows. Anyway, here's my page.
Very often I use only one photo on my LO. But not for my travel layouts.. then use more photo's and also a template.
My style: 1) Start with a template or sketch then mix it up 2) Multiple photos, usually around 5 3) Fill in most of the space on the page 4) Moderate number of embellishments, not sparse but not dense. Some.
My style is definitely a clusterer (definitely not a word but I love clusters) 06.07 Young, Wild & Free - Abby by rdjrneace posted Dec 5, 2018 at 5:04 PM
glad i am not the only one wondering "what is my style" cause i do try and do alot of different pages but the one thing i do love is a big photo and using a template.
Thanks for this challenge, Ashley. I'm so excited to be given free range to use my natural style - which involves blending. For this layout I used 6 different photos and made them into one composite picture using blending and masking.
I love to do something kinda messy, with lots of paint, scattered things, stamps, and using one photo only...
I tend to have two styles, one for my every day scrapping and one with a more artsy look depending on the photos and look I want to achieve. Here's one with the more artsy look, combining lots of layers, brushes and textures.
Hmm. I am going to steal a phrase that @MrsPeel kind of used to describe me. It's "minimalist Art Journaling." So, there's white space but there's also fun paint or handdrawn items and/or mixed media goodies. Here's my page, and thanks for the challenge! I love trying different styles, but this made me think about what I usually gravitate towards if I'm not using a template.
