The Month of Challenges is just around the corner, (MOC 6), so I thought it would be fun to take a look back at many of the pages that were created this past January during the 5th Month Of Challenges, https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/categories/month-of-challenges-5.1157/ , and use those pages as our Scrap-Lifting Inspiration for December!! So! Check out that gallery & flip through the THOUSANDS of potential pages you can be inspired by for creating your own layout! Maybe read the description & see what the challenge was that inspired the page originally. You don't need to make your page match that challenge as this is strictly a SCRAPLIFT challenge! But it's fun to see what might be coming up for MOC 6!! Here's the LO I chose to lift by @katell which was about if the walls could talk: And here's my new page: As Always: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Galleryand then linked to the December Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).
WOOO FIRST! haha scraplifted page: I loved the double background papers and the stacked photo mats. my page:
in case somebody else has trouble finding the original challenges: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/moc5-list-of-challenges.46261/ I loved the tour! Day 30's challenge kept drawing my eye so I'm scraplifting the challenge and the following two LOs. (I couldn't decide which of them all I prefer so decided to try to lift their styles) @Bebimora and @elseepe I um sort of went the opposite direction with my white space...it's supposed to be all spooky, nearly too dark to see any details. My Photoshop skills aren't up to it so I'm happy with the result (for now lol).
