Hi everyone! I'm here with a confession. I'm a lurker. I've been hanging out at TLP for a while now scoping out the forum, buying goodies, and occasionally posting in the gallery when I have a mostly TLP layout. Why have I been a lurker instead of joining in on the fun? Well, I'm kind of shy, and I've always been more of a listener than a talker. But TLP is such a great place that I've finally decided to come out of hiding. =P So….let me introduce myself. My name is Kim. I'm a single mom to two great kiddos. Connor is 11 and Chloe is 5. We have a beagle named Lou and a stray kitty named Lexi who shows up on our porch most evenings. We have no idea where she came from, but the kids adore her. My biggest loves (besides my kids, of course) are digi scrapping and reading. I read a bunch of different genres, but recently I've been enjoying YA books a lot. Let's see what else I can think of….I'm a die-hard Mac fan since I converted back in 2004, I loooove coffee, and I'm hooked on The Biggest Loser (via power streaming the old seasons on Netflix). Hi Kim, welcome and so glad you are de-lurking! I'm a reader too, and also recently discovered YA - mainly through TLP Reading Pad forum here when we read The Giver by Lois Lowry and Matched by Ally Condie.

I'll definitely have to check out the Reading Pad forum! Right now I'm reading me some dystopian YA - Insurgent (book two of the Divergent series). Divergent is one of my favorite books ever. It's the only book I have ever (fully) read twice. Hey Christine! It's great to see former PGD friends here. I knew Abish was around, but I didn't know you were hanging out at the Pad too! I think I'll kick off my shoes, throw on my jammies, and grab a cup of coffee. Is it okay if I put my feet up on the table?
