I've never done this but I am going to try it today. It's going to be interesting I think. Will update on how it went.
I don't have a picture for every hour, sometimes it's just journaling but I did it! The day wasn't as interesting as I though it would be (I was hoping to go into labor and have this baby already). But that will have to be a story for another day! Now I have to put my pages together, it will just be a PL double page spread that will go with my week 30.
I've tried this before but somehow it's not so rewarding for me as WITL. I also felt stressed when I tried as I don't like feeling like I'm on such a time schedule. Made me think of getting meds in a hospital! Plus I'm home alone today with a bunch of starting the serious cleaning of rooms for two guests midweek. Interspersed with that is scrapping breaks and watching the final episodes of the old BBCAmerica's "The Game". All in all 3 photos would do probably. Now I see I even had the day wrong. Saturday not today! oh well...
Well, I didn't do DitL. 30th is my anniversary though, so it could have been a good/interesting day to do over the course of our life. I know it's usually a random day. I would like to do it. But yesterday I did not.
Kristina, you could make it the same day, just cuz Ali doesn't does not mean you can't. Personally I think that would be more interesting as well. I like your idea even if you didn't do it. You can always start next year. Why not today? I'm thinking I may pick a day this week to do it. Saturday's are just too boring at our house.
When I took up Project Life, thinks like Week in the Life and Day in the Life seriously took a back seat. Sometimes I wish I had more time for it, but I haven't regretted *not* doing it.
Doesn't she do DITL once a month? Or once a season? I thought it was more frequent than yearly. I do plan on doing it. I just haven't picked a day. I really love the idea of jotting something down and taking a photo every hour. Not worrying about the rest, just that moment.
oh @Mrivas I love love the time stamp...pure awesome..and so so adorable you are too, the kiss on your belly...pure wonderful
Beautiful layout @Mrivas ! I love how quickly you did it, and the photos are so great for a peek at your life! The cards are awesome with the time stamps.
@Mrivas What everyone else said. I love it all - the time stamp but the belly kiss....oh that's a keeper and I see an enlargement for the bebe. btw, did you make or buy the date stamp. I know I can make one if I ever do it but getting round to that kind of thing often doesn't happen. Good ideas...less than good follow through...
