Hi there! I'm having an issue with the MPM discount too. I'm trying to purchase a past kit and some add-ons, but the discount amount is not 35%. For example, the bountiful kit is $10.49 and 35% off would be $3.67 but the cart is only showing 84 cents off. Thanks!
Hi I have been contacting you all this week frantically via "contact us, facebook, phone which is not accessible. However, I have not received any response. I bought some products on 1/15 for $40.33, and right after the transaction I received this message. "An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. This transaction has been approved. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service." I checked with my credit card statement and it was charged. But your order history shows "not finished" and doesn't let me download. Please somebody from customer service help me!!! hasemyy
