    Anyone still with me? :giggle

    Your goal this week is 3 runs of the following:

    5 min warm up walk
    8x(90 seconds run/2 minutes walk)
    5 min cool down walk

    OR

    5 min warm up walk
    8x(150 yards run/150 yards walk)
    5 min cool down walk

    Go get 'em!!

    Gah! You started a few weeks too early for me. I had a baby six weeks ago and haven't been cleared to exercise yet. As soon as I am though I'm doing the couch to 5k. too bad I can't follow along with you all :(

    argghhh - i'm behind already ! this week and next stink for me bc of the holiday - i'm going to pick up at week one when i get back from t-giving ...

    You have to make time to carve out 30 minutes for YOU! If you don't make yourself a priority, who will?
