Congratulations to @Ferdy the random winner of the DYD cover challenge. That’s right! It is time to DYD! With all the beauty and joy of the season, it is your chance to capture all the joy. Let’s get started by making the cover to go with our DYD layouts. You have the option to add photos but it is not a requirement for the challenge and your cover does not have to be for this year. Make the challenge work for you. I made four cover examples to give you some ideas. This year’s DYD collection is full of magic…just waiting to be scrapped. Love the options you have created. That wreath one is gorgeous, and similar to what I did last year and I love it so much.
I am definitely going to be watching this thread. I always struggle with ideas for my album covers, so I'll be watching for ideas!
I do too, because I feel like I need to know what the pages are going to look like before I do the cover! It's usually the last thing I do.
GREAT COVERS LADIES. Me too, on the shared feelings in regard to the difficulty of making the covers. It is the first thing people notice about a book, so I guess it stresses me out because I want it to be perfect. That’s why I like challenges like this as they give me inspiration.
I made two covers, maybe I will make a third and my children will choose one for the album and for the second I made a test of printing and put it in a pocket
