    Welcome to Slow Scrap - 23 Feb 9pm EST/ 6pm PST
We're heading into the chat room in about 20mins. There is no technique today but all the steps will be posted here as well. Join us or follow along after with all the steps here!

I'm sure you already know that Love Our Designers is running at the moment and today we are loving Kristin Aagard Designs so I'm scrapping with some of her products again today. I've been loving the pages in her LOD thread and if you haven't already seen it, she's created a cute freebie kit that is available in that thread that matches TLP perfectly!
It's not a requirement but I'd love to see you use Kristin's stuff for your slow scrap page (or tomorrow's LOD designer, who I don't think I can reveal just yet but she may have mentioned it herself somewhere in the forum).
Anyway, because this is slow scrap you have 24 hours from the end of this chat to complete your layout.
    As always ....
Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery. GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.
    ----------

Step 1. Start with a solid background & 2 (or more) photos.

Step 2. Add 2 or more patterned papers.

Step 3. Add a title AND some extra wordart that goes with your photos
(you can use an alpha or font or wordart for the title)

Step 4. Add an animal element,
OR an element with a face (Can be like a smiley face emoji, a Kawaii style object that Kristin has so many of - foods like a smiling apple, sun or computer - see my siggy in the forum) ,
    OR a flower,
    (OR ALL OF THEM!)

Step 5. Add 1 or more round elements
(Can be anything round or bascally a circle. Examples include circular flair or buttons, doily, journal label, confetti scatter, a circular frame, a whole pizza or lilypad...)

Step 6 Add paint AND some kind of fastener (Examples include stitching, staples, buttons,

Step 7. Add anything extra you think your page needs. Finishing it off with any journalling and shadows. Don't forget to save it web size and upload it to the gallery, adding it to the Slow Scrap thread so we can see it!

Feel free to use a template as long as you use all the steps.

My round thing was changed from boring labels I found first to the orange slices scatter when I reread the suggestion that scatters could be used. :) My fastener is a yellow staple holding down both bits of greenery. I forgot to journal, but it would have just been today's date, and I've got to get to bed! :P
