Soooo cropping the photo at an interesting angle and taking the photo from an interesting angle are 2 different things... Cropping not a problem, but photographing would have meant going out and taking a photo of something new... I chose the photo I used because it was unusual in itself, but not the angle ... and I chose a long time favorite mask to crop it to... which is very unusual... Hope I managed to get all the required things... It was really hard to figure out how to integrate pieces of paper behind my chosen photo and mask... so I went with Gesso pieces... I think I have everything... Not sure of the order they were applied... anyway... I had fun with this... My kind of page! at least how I did it...
I really like the way this layout turned out. I wouldn't ordinarily crop a photo like this and I like it. It's good sometimes to step out of your comfort zone.
Here is mine!
Finally got my page done! Thanks for the instructions!
1. Choose a background paper that is NOT solid.
2. Choose 1 photo and use a unique crop on this photo.
3. Layer at least 3 papers under your photo.
4. Use a scatter on your page (hearts).
5. Add some paint behind your photo and layers.
6. Since it's it full blown fall where I am living, let's add some leaves or flowers.
Finish off your page with a title and date and anything else you would like to add!!

thank you so much for the wonderful Challenge!
I did the crop of just her face originally, but then the page didn't make sense without seeing the birthday cake as well. Hope it still meets the challenge guidelines.
Kissed the frog!
