Hi ladies, we are kicking off the slow scrap chat... RIGHT NOW!!! So please hit the chat if you can!!!! If not, don't worry, I'll post the instructions as we go along and you can come here to see it. You'll have 24 hours to finish your page! Instruction 1: Choose a rather neutral background with a little detail on it, nothing too messy and colorful. Instruction 2: Pick a square or a rectangular simple frame (nothing with lots of curls and detail on it), duplicate it 4 times and place these frames to form a square or rectangular all together. Instruction 3: Place a floral brush on the backgroundpaper around the framegroup and add some journaling down the framegroup. You can also add some wordart if you want to. Instruction 4: In the upperleft corner of the page, place a banner or some washi tapes. You can add date upon it or a quote, just as you like. Instruction 5: Place some hexagons on the lower part of the page and decorate it with a cluster of elements that includes at least one flower. Instruction 6: The flower from step 5 is to be copied and placed above the central point of the framegroup. Place also a beautiful ribbon somewhere on the framegroup Instruction 7: Place photos in 3 of the frames and a patterned background in the 4th frame, embellished with a wordstrip upon it. This is my result: Rules: Complete a page by wednesday 22th april 3 pm/EDT - 12 am/PDT (9 pm Brussels/CET) - including 75% TLP product, and it must have all elements of the instructions below! Post your link to your page in this forum!
Christa, I LOOOOOOVE this!!! I was really curious what your results would be and I am really happy to discover this!!!! Your page is fun and has a grungy touch to it! Thank you for the fun chat and the beauiful layout, I enjoyed it!
Your page is fun!!! I love how the photos seem to tell a story on their own! And... I would have loved eating that meringue too!
Fabulous LOs everyone. Running out of time to get mine done and a busy day ahead. But will try my best
i think i did everything - so tired but i managed a 35 min page - it's so much easier sticking to one kit/collection and when u know what photos to scrap without searching folder after folder!
