I've now seen this movie twice. This week. And it was amazing. If Ben Affleck doesn't win twelve awards I'm going to cry.

Has anyone else seen it?
Or going to?

I'm too cheap - I never go to the theater! I always wait till they come out and get them from Netflix. But it does look good!
 
Definitely want to see it... last weekend went to The Perks of Being a Wallflower and loved it too.
 
I just saw Argo, too! Even though I knew how it would end - I was so stressed out! The story was so suspenseful! Ben Affleck did an amazing job and I agree he needs some award nominations for it too! Plus the 70s/early 80s styling was just so cool!

I also the Perks of Being a Wallflower and loved that one! Great 90s nostalgia and Emma Watson and the other kids were so great. It was pretty faithful to the books, which is easy to understand since the author directed it!

I was off this week so it was a good week to see movies! :)

I'm with you Karen! I am clueless these days!! That's why I have to stay active in the forums so I hear about things going on outside my home!!! Looks awesome though....it will definitely be a must see when it comes out on video (boy that totally dated my age). DH and I never get to the movies anymore!!
 
I made DH take me to see it for my birthday. He hates going to the movies, but I knew he'd like that one. I was totally stressed out too, and my stomach hurt by the end of the movie. I really liked it though.
 
It sounds like a great movie and I am looking forward to seeing it. But we will likely wait until it is out on video.
 
I haven't seen it but I want to SO bad. I've been sick, today was football so getting my dh out of the house wasn't an option....so I'm thinking tomorrow early (can't interrupt Monday Night Football either...gah!!) I'm flying out again Thursday so I'm really busy this week. I'm just going to have to do it!

I REALLY want to see this movie, but with the big move this weekend, it's doubtful I'll get to see any movies any time soon. It looks amazing.
 
So we went this morning...and it was every bit as wonderful as I thought it was going to be. My dh loved it too.'

So weird too...I graduated in 1979. I can't believe that I was that unaware of things going on in the world at that time. I knew there were hostages but not really what was going on over in Iran. I knew that there were a LOT of Persians moving in to our community during that time, but none of them would talk to me about anything...like everything was a secret.
 
It's on here, and I'm looking for a babysitter to watch the kids so Joel and I can go see it this weekend. I'm glad to hear it's good; the previews looked awesome, and I think Ben Affleck is super cute.
