I dunno which are more hard work, almost 12 year olds that ya constantly worry about or a hyper 2 year old that either has to get on my lap,sit as close to me as possible or grab my hand to dance with her when all i want to do is scrap :(
I love them all to bits but i just wanna scrap lol

I have a 12 year old who is giving me lots and lots of new gray hairs. And I mean that quite literally, ever since he started Middle School my hair that has been coming in from falling out has been gray, all gray...urghhhhhh. I do not like 12 years old. Boys + puberty starting = not good mix:hissy:hissy:hissy

I think they are harder when they are little. It's sad how much freedom I have these days!

Tell me about it mine will be 12 next week and hitting puberty and I constantly worry about him he is growing up way to fast for my liking and I've had to put my foot Down, that saying they make your arms ache when there little and ya heart ache when there older certainly rings true

Do they not have these where you live?
POPTARTS.jpg

three pages done yesterday, 4 boxes of Poptarts(I just throw them at them when they come in with any issues)later.

please remember I have 7 children, so the large amount of boxes is to be divided! I might have to start taking poptarts out of my scrapping budget!

Well they certainly don't have those where I am Anne... would be nice if they did... miss moody nearly 12 is about driving me nuts too...

I don't get any real scrapping done til after bedtime, lol. I have a 16 month old and a 6 year old. My little one still takes two naps most days, so I can sneak some computer time then, but I'm usually up super late.

i wish i could stay up late but the husband gets up at 4.30 for work so when he is up so is everyone else lol,one day i will scrap like i used to lol, love them all really

Oh yes... there is no scrapping going on during my children's waking hours. Perhaps I should look into pop tarts like Anne...

it was much hard to scrap when my kids where little. I know what you mean about 12 year olds. ((hugs))

@anne...you are so funny..you always put a smile on my face;)

tell me about it cheryl give them an inch and they take a mile, never again he had his chance lol

karen, did you see this new kit?

This about sums up my little preteen....

I did I'm gonna find some photos of the boys when they was little,in fact I mite do that tonight

My almost 12 year old still tries to sit on my lap...lol.

Having said that..I think 12 is hard...puberty sucks no matter what..and good gracious the hormones. Sometimes all I have to do is say her name and she breaks down into tears. Too much like her momma, that one.

ooh sarah i can imagine i got a good 10 years to get ready for that one but boys am just as bad and boys with girlfriends arghhh just give me strength

hmm I have a 15 year old DD and a 11 year old DD and I have to say the 11 year old is more work that the 15 year old haha ... I've been really lucky with my teen, she's been pretty good so far ... although books I have read say this next year is going to be a LONG one with lots of hormonal changes and so forth ... interesting times ahead for all of us Mums I would say :)

and Anne! Even though I don't eat sugar any more those pop tarts look amazing!!!! I think I can find some in a specialty Candy Store not far from me ... maybe I should get some for my girls LOL
