Hello! Welcome to this month’s random challenge - a challenge that allows you to pick which way you want to design your page by choosing which row you want to follow. :-)

This month is a bingo challenge that I am calling the layout leap pad! Use the layout leap pad card below and "hop" from square to square in one straight row. Your row can be across, down, or diagonal. Use each item listed in each square in the row of your choosing to create your layout. Once you've done that - you are done!

You can add more items than listed in the row, but at a minimum you need to follow one complete straight row for this challenge. Please indicate which row you followed when you post your challenge in this thread. I hope you have fun with it!

Here is the layout I created for this challenge, using the Springing It kit from Mommyish:

I chose to use the first row down: journal what is happening now; 3 different word art strips, photo of current season (spring), circle element, & 2 different papers for the background.

    Remember our monthly challenge rules:
Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the APRIL Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread.

The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:

    2 challenges = 10% off
    4 challenges = 20% off
    6 challenges = 30% off

If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).

What is required for the free choice space? Can the free choice be nothing?

Can we use a row or a column? Your example uses the first column.
Are the diagonals from the corners allowed? From the top left to the bottom right would be: journal what is happening now, darkdark backgr paper, free space, leaf and 4 photos.

The free choice space is intended to be any other element, paper, journal card, paint, etc. So another item not listed in your row, not a "nothing" choice. :)

Thanks for a fun challenge! I chose the top horizontal row: Journaled about what was happening when I took the picture, the last picture I took on my phone was of my dog, Daisy, I used a wood veneer camera, 3 different pp's and an arrow.
