Amanda, I love the look of your Project Pages. Super jealous.

 

Thank you so much! That means a lot because I feel like I struggle with needing more pictures. I think your project pages are pretty great too.

 

So what do you all think - Do you like this with the pocket page or without? I am always a sucker for bright colors...

 

Kelly, I like both, but I think the dots in the grid stitching ground it a bit. If you are drawn to the bright colors, why not try moving your pocket overlay to the layer just on top of your background paper. That would give you elements of both - the pocket feel & the bright colors.

Week 14 - finally caught up!

 

Here's my Week 14:

 

I got a week behind because I could not figure out what to do with my right hand side for the March/April week having only taken a handful of photos that week. I finally decided to do a page all abt Cubby/my pregnancy, and I really like how it turned out. I find it difficult to scrap a lot of pages while I'm pg since (a) I don't like being pg -- ha! and (b) there are obviously no pictures of the baby except for the ultrasounds. I like that doing it PL-style got a bunch of little ideas/stories contained on one page without forcing me to create multiple 12x12 photoless layouts.

Week 15 - Officially caught up! Had such a busy week, no room for a fun jc card this week, I'm bummed about that. I even had to do an insert this week (middle page).

 

Wow, so many awesome pages and photos! Love this thread! Just love it!

 

I all of your PL pages! They are all so stinking neat! I'm really gonna have to get off the fence about this and give it a go!
