My big one has so many settings and so far it has been perfect for everything. EXCEPT when I put FROZEN Chicken BReast and it needed more time.
I really want one of these to make stuff in but I want one that fits enough for two people at a time. We almost bought one and my husband "wanted to research it more"... sooooo we don't have one. lol
I have one and love it! We have tried it for pizza rolls, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, fries, tater tots, onion rings, and just recently cooked raw chicken breast in it. I took out recipe books from the library and there are a ton of recipes on Pinterest too. I found a breakfast bomb recipe on there and we have made them a lot. I have the Bella Pro Series 5.3 qt. digital air fryer in stainless steel.
I am a huge fan of Skinnytaste (healthy versions of good food) and she has this air fryer cookbook. I have only made a few of her recipes but hope to try more. I made the calzones but put too much filling in them, so they fell open when trying to flip. https://www.amazon.com/Skinnytaste-...words=skinnytaste+books&qid=1573669579&sr=8-3
@bestcee Freezer for most except the chicken but you can definitely do all of those homemade I haven't had anything come out greasy and it's so much quicker and easier in my opinion.
Mine is stuck in the cupboard, and hasn't seen day light in a long time. Yes it does make it brown, but not always crispy enough for me, it makes noise,it consumes a lot of electricity, and takes longer than a fryer, but not as long as the oven I suppose. The only thing I have done it it that is better than other methods is spring rolls. I might get it out again after reading this, and try again.....nae.... I won't. Of subject; if you start your baked potato in the microwave for 7 min, then straight in a hot oven, they are both fast and have a lovely crisp skin.
Black Friday sales. Amazon already has some for sale. I was curious about them so started looking to see what is out there. I really don't need another appliance and right now can't eat anything I could cook in it, but it sure is tempting to get one for the day that I can.
How long do you leave them in the oven and at what temp? Yes, this is all I’ve take away from the conversation!
