I did this page last week for the SOSN today and I think I may have something to help us. first: Make a page with a photo of you right NOW.............but leave the photo of you for next month from now empty. That is gonna be your goal photo for next month You do not have to put your weight on the page. But you can. put your goal on the page or goals! Here is mine: you can see I have gained weight, but honestly is important to me! Grab a spot and we can do our 3 pages March to empty spot for April-Fill it in. April I will do a little different challenge. But I will do one! lol May, again, same thing.

I will save this spot for my before and after page.... Will return sometime over the next few days with my page... am busy doing some online studies and heading off this weekend to visit daughter and family so not sure when the page will happen but it will. I might have fun with the grandchildren and ask the oldest to take a photo of me !
Ooh I love this, and I think it'll be super motivating!!! I'm going to go make one I don't know my weight and don't have a scale, so I'll have to go by how I look I guess!
I'm not sure I'll participate for a bit only cause I'm not at the bottom of why I'm so unwell at the moment (waiting for a second round of lab results plus I'm having some gastric issues which I haven't quite worked out yet - thinking its 100% diet related as it was fine when I wasn't eating certain foods while I was away and for the past week since I got back, yet as soon as I ate the three snack foods I eat regularly I had issues. Haven't identified which of the three things it could be yet but I may just need to cut out all three anyway and change to more of a low carb highish fat diet or something similar)
I don't have a scale, but ended up going in to the doctor today and they weighed me, so I added that on here too.
Update on me: I was on vacation this week. Hardly walked at all. Tried to follow my eating "rules" but also had lots of yummy food. When I got home to my scale, my weight had stayed the same. I can do this thing! So can you!
Oh ladies, I am seriously and for reals bouncing in my chair, typing like a caffeined mom (oh I am a caffeined mom)...I am just so excited to have so many along for the Lets DO THIS together challenge!
Here is mine... the photo really doesn't do justice to the fact that I need to lose a few kilos. It was a selfie so I couldn't get all of me in and I carry all my weight around my middle, not in my face
What a great start! We are moving! I am up to 4 miles in one hour (running in public)! I am back under 200, but just barely, and am pushing to get out of the 190s. Little breathing room!
