I use ACDSee Pro 5 right now. I upgraded from 10, I think to Pro. Pro offers an easier method of saving tags to the metadata which is one of the reasons I upgraded but I used the other ACDSee for a number of years and loved it!
No. They have the regular series and the Pro series. I know there is a spot on their website to compare and contrast the two version with some specific examples.
