:peekin Hello everyone! I’m Ann-Sofie, I live in the south of Sweden in a little village called Åhus, mostly known internationally for the Swedish vodka Åhus Absolut. I’m married, have two grown up girls Ellinor who will be 23 this year and Bex who turns 26 o_O (How did that happen?!). We have one cat and one dog, a Bearded Collie. I work full time as an administrative officer at the Swedish National Forest Agency and being in the nature is a big part of my life.

I stumbled across MOC in January 2017 and tried to do some of the challenges but I think I only made the one that I have in the gallery. Everyone was really kind and inviting, but my fear from trying to upload photos, handling the forum and write in English made me holding back from interact. In 2019 I joined a CT with a designer who sold at TLP and I was ”forced” to learn my way around here. I have been more or less active here from that point and this really is the only forum I have felt at home.

I started as a card maker when I was to be married in 2000 and made the invitation cards. In 2008 I started physical scrapbooking, but not that much, card making, stamping and coloring was still my big thing. In 2014 I found physical Project Life and I was hooked, but as I live in Sweden and the supplies was hard to get and quite expensive, I tried to make my own pocket cards and from that I found digital scrapbooking. I have always loved the physical part and with hybrid I get to play with both the digital and the physical part. A perfect match! As you can see in my gallery I love all different styles and I also love all different creative outlets from knitting, crocheting, sewing and pottery. I can’t wait until I retire and can spend my whole days being creative, lol.

So nice to learn more about you! I love hearing how we all found our way to TLP. Yes, to be creative all day long would be amazing!

So glad to know more about you, Ann-Sofie! I'm always in awe of your hybrid projects. (I'm not so great with scissors and glue, lol.)

Welcome Ann-Sofie! I really love your versatility in scrapping and other projects. Nice to know a bit more about you!

I love reading about everyone and where they came from!! Thanks for sharing!!

I loved learning more about you! These threads are the best! You are so talented, Ann-Sofie!

Hi Ann-Sofie! I have been to Stockholm three times because my husband's brother married a Swedish woman. First in December 1999, then in August 2000 for their wedding, and finally in May 2002. Then they moved back here to the U.S. for a while, until just a few years ago. Maybe we'll be able to visit again someday. It was amazing experiencing the short winter days and long summer days, and it was beautiful.

So nice to learn more about you, Ann-Sofie! Our kids are the same age! One will be 23 in April and the other turns 26 on Sunday! Time flies so fast!

I just love all your Hybrid projects. I was in your little corner of the world last summer and just loved it.❤️ Welcome.

Well yay for whichever designer had you on her CT and "forced" you to become more active here. I love seeing all of your amazing hybrid projects! And I'm with you... counting down to retirement so I'll have more time to play AND read! :D

Loved reading and learning about you. How cool is your job, being in nature. So happy to have you here and love all your hybrid projects as well. I can totally related to that "physical part" of the hybrid process. Scrapping and crafting is just as much about the process for me as the end result.

Hi, Ann-Sophie! I really loved reading about you. I'm jealous that you have that job that allows you to be so close to nature. I live in a big and crowded city, and I crave for getting out from time to time. Love your pages and your hybrids so much.

Hi dear Ann-Sofie, so glad to learn more about you, and I really love your hybrid projects! you are so talented!
