Hi everyone Please find the Slow Scrap Instructions below. You have 24 hours to complete your page - so please have it posted in the galleries and linked up in this thread by 2 PM eastern time on Wednesday Sept 30th. special note: i like to allow one "cheat" - in case you are having trouble with a specific instruction. just let me know in the comments below what you decide to change. also - everyone who completes the challenge will get an awesome participation prize INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Select two pictures to scrap - these will be end up being circle shaped. 2. Select a solid, light colored background paper, and layer it over a patterned paper so that you see some of the patterned paper on one or more edges. 3. cut 6 circular holes (as large or small as you like) in the solid background paper. put your pictures behind two of the holes and patterned papers behind the other holes. you can use as many (or few) different papers as you want. if you want to use a circle element instead of a few holes that is fine, too. 4. add a few elements to each of the circles - you can be as simple or cluster-y as you like. 5. include some stitching and a ribbon/bow/string someone on the page. 6. add a title and some journaling to the page. voila - that's it can't wait to see what you all come up with if you have any questions - just post here - i'll be checking in

Here is mine. I don't usually use circles for my photos, but I enjoyed this. Thanks for a great slow scrap, Dana. I did use a cheat, I added some paint that wasn't near one of my cut out circles.
I had trouble getting in also. Thanks for the fun SS. So many gorgeous layoouts. My cheat is using 3 photos instead of 2. Here's mine:
Here is my page! Thank you for the slow scrap! My cheat was to not use different patterned papers in the circles.
I used an extra photo - and lots of circles - that was fun as I don't use circles very often at all...
