This event isn't a traditional CHALLENGE in that there aren't any real rules. It's just...Scrap with the featured designer! It’s a fun event to just scrap with products from a fave designer or try a new (to you) designer. It’s all about having fun and celebrating the uniqueness of all of our Lilypad Designers!

I've been a fan of Anita Designs for many years. I was drawn to her clean, fresh designs with a lot of attention to detail. I still have some of her old kits from years ago, they are timeless! I'm so thrilled that she is here at TLP now.

I asked Anita to tell us a little bit about herself. Here is what she had to say...

My name is Anita, I live in the Netherlands, in a very small town, a lot of forest and water/river nearby. I have been married since 1995 and we are still very happy. We have 3 kids (Daughter age almost 28, a son age almost 26 and our youngest son age 21). I started creating scrapbook thingies in 2007. I still love it! My day job is taking care for the elderly and I love doing that.

1. What inspires your designs?
Every day life, walking out side in the woods, on the playground with my niece and nephews (my kids are adults now so they don't go out and play anymore), vacations, because I just love traveling. Inspiration is everywhere

3. Do you have any hobbies?
At the moment, not that much, I try to enjoy every minute of the day but I love to take pictures and read, drawing, pranking hubby and kids, designing, scrapping, embroidery, playing games and zumba, and the last one was my fave because I just love dancing.

4. Any fave books, movies, tv shows?
Fave books?, well, Virginia C. Andrews has nice books, I have read them all, but I can also appreciate the Stephen King books, and the 50 shades LoL. Favorite movies?, It's A Wonderful Life (old movie), Armageddon, I still cry when the dad says bye, Twilight, all episodes, Titanic and 50 Shades. I sometimes really love Disney movies, like my fave, for now, Encanto, love the story and the music and Frozen LOL let it goooooooo. Favorite series?, Grey's Anatomy, Station 19, Bones, and, my fave now, Wednesday, Virgin River and Little House On The Prairie.

5. Fave snack or appie?
My fave snack is a burrito / tortilla filled with what ever I have in the fridge. My fave dinner is a lean steak with al kinds of veggies or all kinds of caprese salad with balsalmic vinegar.
