Okay dokay...plans are today water intake I am looking to 36 oz cause I have been at zero for a while...too much caffeine and no H2o. That changes today. Noon, I drop my girls off at work, and home for a walk in back desert with dogs, camera and anyone who wants to go. What are you gonna do today to move?
My movement goals won't start until Monday (houseguests still and 5+ hours in the car tomorrow), but I'll join you on your water goal today. That's a habit I definitely need to work on. It's not that I'm drinking other stuff... I'm just not drinking anything!

For January I plan to move at least 20 minutes daily for at least 20 days. I'll mainly go for walks with my doggie, as she needs some attention / presence, but if the weather is too bad I can also use my stationary bike. I'll focus on one area every month and I have everything planned for the first semester. I started on the right foot today with a 22 minutes walk this morning. We both enjoyed it!
Water? Yaaaas!! I ate my way into the new year last night. Fresh slate baby!! Time to flush all that crap out of me today!!

Debbie's FOCUS January Goals: 1. Reduce the fast food 2. 7,500 steps per day Plan: 1. Plan at least 4 dinner meals for the week (Sunday - Saturday) 2. Turn on the WII and actually use it (10 minutes minimum) 3. Utilitize my Weight Watcher subscription for my calorie counting and FitBit for my steps. I also am ramping up my water intake (actually started doing that 2 days ago)

I'm starting with water intake today too. Hardly any before. My goal has been and will be 2 of my giant cups a day. I think they are 54oz each. Though, when I start running again on the 11th, I will probably up the goal to 3 or 4.
I like Debbie's plan! That's awesome. I'll be your drinking buddy too Anne. 1. 32.5 ounces of water today {cuz that's the size of my water bottle!} My moving goal will be to do some. No specific on that, but since I'm still lazing about, moving would be great!
I'm thinking this might be part of my plan as well. What fitness/exercise games do you like? We currently only have wii fit, but I'm thinking there would be benefit to playing my daughter's Just Dance as well. I got overwhelmed looking at Amazon for other options.
until school starts, hubby goes back to work and life normalizes, my goal is to cut refined sugar as much as possible. Like, sugar detox after all the holiday candy, cookies, cakes...I feel AWFUL. Done good today. but that's just one day. I can usually manage one day...!
My goals are pretty straightforward: 10k steps a day (my average on a working day now is ~7k but when I'm home doing nothing it's ~3k... ugh) 2 liters of water a day 2-3 active visits to the gym a week reduce the snacking (only buy one bag of crisps and 1 chocolate item a week) and eat lots of fruit, veggies, quark, eggs. I have an actual food plan that I just need to follow.
