Keep positive Jennifer. I had those happening not often, very rarely but for a couple of years before they became more frequent and I decided to buy this new computer.
@A-M this is the first one in 4 years (exactly a year out of warranty too) but just no spare $$$ anywhere to fix anything major or replace the entire laptop. My friend thinks it’s likely to be the hard drive as best case scenario or motherboard as worst case scenario but won’t know for a few days.
