well nothing like a last minute spanner thrown into the works of a well laid plan - i hope you can find an alternate baker who works well at short notice!
oh no! I hope you find a suitable alternative. We normally bake our own but sometimes life and medical stuff gets in the way and we don't have one. We've put candles in the desert before now. We also never ice our cakes.
