Good for you! I was finally getting into a workout routine and then I got the flu. And now I feel better, so I should get back out there. Your post is the kick in the pants lol to remind me to be good to myself by working out!
doesnt it suck that you have to feel it tomorrow? like the exercise isn't hard enough during mosta the time! but big pat on the back for you - way to go and hope it doesnt hurt too much
@jesskab I tried to take regular walks. But I find all kinds of excuses in weather and time. The people I go with are the same as me. It doesn't work that way. Lol. But good for you and your son!
