Apparently that's where I've been when it comes to Jaimee's storyteller kits. Dang. But, thanks to the retirement sale, I am about to be baptized into the joys of Storyteller. Retired kits in my cart, non-retired kits on my wishlist. Off to download. See you in a week!
I've been thinking about trying out the storyteller, so the retirement sale will be a perfect way to do that. Only which do I choose?
I love the storyteller kits - there’s just so much great product in each one - they are an awesome value! My absolute fave is May 2016, but I don’t think that one’s retiring yet.
My absolute favorite of those retiring is Storyteller Luka. I have used it quite a bit. I also like Storyteller Dakota, which is also retiring.
I could probably do all of my scrapping just with the Storyteller kits. I am always amazed at how much great product is packed in there...and all the add-ons!! May 2016 is one of my all time favs, too @Christina W!!
I have been using her Storyteller kits for as long as she's made them. ITA with Jan. Anyone could do all of their scrapping with those kits alone. She's got something for everything!
I had not used the main kits but did layouts with the fun add ons. With the sale, I’ve used two of the full series and they are brim full of coolness-containing everything you can think of for a page.
I too am squealing at this deal! FOR the whole kit and kaboodle collections! Kenner, Raine, Bryce,and Luka are safely nestled in my to scrap NOW folder! MUST use! and eek to her brushes...I may be locked scrapping all weekend!
I love the Hadley Storyteller- esp the birthday addon- I swear I've used that for almost all my birthday layouts!
So funny that you posted this thread because I was about to come in and remind folks that for $7.50, you can get HUGE amounts of everything you could possibly want bundled into one amazing bunch. Just Jaimee's storyteller bundles on sale are the most amazing bargain you can find.
I will admit to getting a little misty eyed when I saw all of those Storytellers in the retirement sale... they're like old friends! I have used them over and over (and will continue do use them)! This is my "go to" for a lot of my travel pages.... love that collection!
Storyteller was my intro into the Lilypad! I LOVE these kits. I did most of my first MOC with the goodies from the January kit and the grab bag you get when you start. So versatile!!
Exactly what Tracie said; so sad to see some of my faves retiring & Dakota especially which has been a go_to for me (but is now a huge bargain for others that have travel pics to scrap!)
I am sad to see Kenner go. It is so colourful and bold and it has wordart or wordstrip for everything you could possibly need. Definitely my favourite ST kit, even though they all are awesome.
