    Instructions

    Because the template is your choice, the only way I will know if you participated is if you link your layout in this thread or within the SwL Group Facebook Album. To qualify, post your layout to the gallery or hosting site of your choice* and then paste the image and link here by 8:15 pm ET tonight to qualify for the drawing and by 7:00 pm ET tomorrow (03 SEP 2017) to qualify for the free template. You can make your layout yours; add items and design as you like, as long as, you follow the instructions below. Don't forget to shadow.

    AND
    These instructions all have two parts.

    1. Photo(s) in Portrait Orientation AND Photo(s) in Landscape Orientation.
    2. Piece(s) of Tape AND Staple(s).
    3. Flower(s) AND Leaf/sprig(s).
    4. Title in Vertical/sideways in Orientation AND Journaling in Vertical/sideways Orientation (dates, locations and sub-titles can count as your journaling).
    5. Button(s) AND Paint Splatter(s).

    The Twist

    For those that commented in the challenge thread before the start of the challenge (posts #2 through #45), you can change one of the AND above to OR.

    no - you need at least two, one vertical, one horizontal but you can have 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ....

    I made it. Now to hurry! Because not only is it a speed scrap but my daughter wants to use my computer to play Minecraft too. :D

    Fastest speed scrap ever! Now my daughter can Minecraft. Tracy, thanks for the new page idea.

    I used my twist to remove the vertical journaling requirement.

    Here's mine. I had been working on this LO a little earlier today but wasn't liking the way it was coming out. I think the added elements and ideas from the challenge really brought it together. Thanks!

    I qualified for the twist, but I don't think I used it. I'm pretty sure I got all the steps with their associated "ANDs"
    Template is SWL_SOAprilTemplateChallenge; Kit is mainly the Yeehaw bundle from Chelle's Creations but I did need to borrow a staple and paint spatter from the Mega Magical Memories from Scrap Orchard and the leaves from Chelle's Creations Great Outdoors Kit. I used Chelle's Creations Dandy Alpha for the title

    OK, I had the twist but got carried away and did it all. I even have upside-down journalling.
    lol I started with the April 2017 MIS template, but strayed majorly from it.
    May I save my twist for next time? :neener:giggle:giggle Thanks for the fun scrap!
