I bought a Storyteller subscription for the year, paying a lump sum in January. I am now trying to purchase the VIP upgrade (which I had previously, but it expired 29-May-17), but the store seems to think I already have a subscription. It also looks like the store is listing the wrong price for this. Could someone assist me with this please? (I submitted a ticket, but don't think it went through).
It looks like this is a browser issue, as I was able to get a successful response. Could you please try a different one than the one you used when you took the screenshot and let me know if that works for you.
Just throwing this out there, but I noticed that the option you selected and the option Laura selected are different. That may be the issue. You chose $9.99 for 6 months, and she had $15.99 for six months. Just an observation. @JSmith84
@londoncuppa Part of the issue is that the correct prices do not show up as options for me. Thanks for the thought though
This seems to have resolved itself in Chrome now. I just retried again, this minute and it worked. No clue what the issue was, but thanks for looking into it.
