Storyteller VIP Upgrade issue in store

    I bought a Storyteller subscription for the year, paying a lump sum in January. I am now trying to purchase the VIP upgrade (which I had previously, but it expired 29-May-17), but the store seems to think I already have a subscription. It also looks like the store is listing the wrong price for this. Could someone assist me with this please? (I submitted a ticket, but don't think it went through).

    It looks like this is a browser issue, as I was able to get a successful response. Could you please try a different one than the one you used when you took the screenshot and let me know if that works for you.

    I had tried it in both Chrome & Edge, and had the same response. I'll give it another go though.

    I still seem to be having the same issue in Edge.

    I also made sure to clear my cache and cookies.

    Just throwing this out there, but I noticed that the option you selected and the option Laura selected are different. That may be the issue. You chose $9.99 for 6 months, and she had $15.99 for six months. Just an observation. @JSmith84

    @londoncuppa Part of the issue is that the correct prices do not show up as options for me. Thanks for the thought though :)

    This seems to have resolved itself in Chrome now. I just retried again, this minute and it worked. No clue what the issue was, but thanks for looking into it.
