I've received my second spam mail allegedly from The Lilypad Customer Service. Obviously it's not from The Lilypad but I am worried that somehow my mail adress has not been safe here. How does a spammer know my email adress and that I frequently post to the Lilypad gallery?
I'm not sure, but I'm going to tag Laura and Nancy, as they would be able to help you! Thank you for reaching out! @lmccandless @NancyBeck
I have exactly the same problem, I have 4 spam mails from the lilypad asking me to open a link. There were send during all day long (night at yours). It seems that our mail adress has been stolen from your servor. Could you help us pleasd? Thanks a lot!
I do want to reassure everyone that our server is secure and has not been hacked. I've asked our tech to look into these spoof phishing emails and will share his explanation as soon as it is available.
Thank you so much Laura! I'm reassure to know that your servor has not been attacked, after I receive often spoof mail from "famous" and secure website as paypal, eBay, Apple and often send it to spoof service so I'm not worry as much, just want to be sure you know it! Good luck with the searches and I'm still an happy Customer and Member of the Lilypad!
