Problems loading a layout

Someone pressed the "That was easy button!"

 

I am truly a newbie to digital scrapping and especially to entering challenges period, much less trying the Moc#5. However I want to try! Is there any place that tells you how to and in what order to do the uploading of your layouts. I did manage to upload the first layout to my own Post, however that is as far as I got. Then I reread the challenge and found out that I need 10 lines of journaling. So now I also need to delete that post and repost a revised layout. You may think that I am a hopeless case but if not could you please guide me through the process some how?

I guess I need the full instructions on how to do a layout post in the gallery from start to finish.

I also do not know how to post to the other places for the Moc 5 challenges.
