During the chat last Sunday night we asked for suggestions of tutorials we could offer. Here are the suggestions we received: - How to smear paint - Photo editing - Extractions - Basic composition & placement What do you think? Do you have anything else you'd like to learn?
Drawing or doodling on digital pages, using our own handwriting for journaling (more word art type things than a font). (I got a graphics tablet I've not even opened yet *shame on me* ) Clustering/stacking ephemera - for some reason, I do not like my paper stacks! I'm not sure if it's a skill that can be taught. Haha That's all I've got right now...
Not only photo editing, but different photo techniques, like turning your photo into a watercolor or pencil sketch, etc., etc. And extractions on paint, making realistic extractions from mixed media paint creations. And thanks for hosting the chat. I almost forgot about it, and I know I missed out on the 1st 15 minutes, but it still was fun.
(I got a graphics tablet I've not even opened yet *shame on me* ) - me too - how to take advantage of... clustering - for sure - I'm spastic at this. our handwriting in a font as well.
OMG! I am not alone. I asked for a Wacom years ago for my birthday. I'm petrified to use it. I got it out of the box once to look at it, and there it sits, back in the box.
So true. I was floored by @Dalis gradient tutorial not too long ago... I had no idea, but it seemed totally basic after I watched her do it!
OMG Kristina, I am so happy that I was able to help out! I am never sure if my videos make sense. LOL!!!
I added a Tutorial last week girls: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threa...shes-splats-and-journaling.44351/#post-770518 I hope you like it!
