June Random Challenge

Hello fellow scrappers! I can't believe it is already June. For this month's random challenge let's create a layout using a complementary color scheme.

Complementary colors are those that are opposite one another on the color wheel, such as red and green or purple and yellow. Using complementary colors creates contrast on the page. Typically one color acts as the dominant shade and the other as an accent. Neutrals work well with a complementary scheme as they provide a place for the eye to rest.



I chose blue and orange for my page. Here's what I came up with:

As always: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread.

The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:

2 challenges = 10% off
4 challenges = 20% off
6 challenges = 30% off
