THERE WAS A RIOT OF TEARS AND TANTRUMS IN THE MISSION ROOM WHEN WE SAT DOWN TO DECIDE WHO WAS GOING THROUGH. WE JUST COULDN'T CHOOSE - SO SECRET AGENT Q SAID ..... "LET THEM ALL GO THROUGH!" AND PEACE WAS RESTORED TO THE MISSION ROOM ONCE AGAIN!

SO HERE ARE THE DETAILS FOR THE NEXT ROUND'S MISSION .............

ITS GOING TO BE A LOT OF FUN AND MAYBE A LITTLE BIT OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE BUT IT WOULDN'T BE A SPECIAL SECRET MISSION IF IT WAS EASY NOW WOULD IT?

BEING A SECRET AGENT IS ALL ABOUT BEING ABLE TO WORK IN A TEAM AND YOU HAVE ALL SHOWN GREAT TEAM WORK SKILLS WITH YOUR LAST MISSION. WE HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW YOU HAVE BONDED IN YOUR TEAMS BUT THINGS ARE ABOUT TO GET SHAKEN UP . ANOTHER IMPORTANT SKILL FOR A SECRET AGENT IS THE SKILL OF INTERROGATION! SO WE ARE ABOUT TO TEST YOUR SKILLS IN THIS AREA!

FOR ROUND 3 YOU WILL ALL BE ASKED TO CREATE A PAGE, AN INDIVIDUAL PAGE, BUT ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE!! YES!! YOUR CHALLENGE THIS ROUND IS TO SCRAP ABOUT A PERSON FROM THE OTHER TEAM! YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOSE TO ACCEPT IT, IS TO PICK A PARTNER FROM THE OTHER MI2 TEAM, PAIR UP, INTERVIEW THEM AND THEN SCRAP A LAYOUT JUST FOR THEM!

FOR YOUR INTERVIEW WE HAVE SELECTED 20 FUN, GETTING TO KNOW YOU QUESTIONS. WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO PICK 10 QUESTIONS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOUR MI2 BUDDY. GET TOGETHER WITH YOUR BUDDY AND ASK THE QUESTIONS AS ONLY A GOOD SECRET AGENT CAN! FINALLY, SCRAP A PAGE ABOUT THEM, FOR THEM, AS YOUR ROUND 3 MISSION. IF YOUR BUDDY IS HAPPY TO SHARE A PHOTO OF THEMSELVES WITH YOU THAT'S GREAT, IF NOT THAT'S TOTALLY FINE TOO, BUT THEIR USERNAME ON THE PAGE SOMEWHERE IS ESSENTIAL.

16. Name 2 things you are bad at.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE APPROACHED YOUR BUDDY AND YOU HAVE PAIRED UP YOU LET US KNOW HERE IN THE THREAD SO WE CAN UPDATE THE DETAILS IN THE SECOND POST WHERE WE HAVE SUPPLIED A LIST OF THE PEOPLE IN EACH TEAM WHO HAVE MADE IT THROUGH FROM ROUND 2.

Hi guys, sorry that the Caps Lock was too much I was going for a bit of Secret Agent drama .... my big monitor made it look deceptively cute . I will re-type it when I get home from work today.

Yes Jeanet you only need to answer 10 questions of your choice - 20 questions would have been way too much to complete but by offering the option of selecting from a range of questions we will end up with a bit of variety and individuality in the interviews.
