Please move to the correct forum, if this is the wrong one.
I was wondering if anyone had any tutorials or links to how create text in a custom shape in PSE 11. I can do it in a preset shape. but I want to be able to put text a custom shape. Say like a shape on a journal card. I've checked online and really can't find anything that helps.

    thanks in advance!

Isn't the first link Arisa gave what you want? It looks like she made a triangle in that LO instead of a heart like used in the link's example, but it's the same thing, as far as I can tell.

That screenshot is using Photoshop, which would make this easier than PSE. But you could get the same effect with some patience and thought by adding several shapes together. Draw a rectangle/circle/whatever, then add another one and another one and another one to extend that area in whatever direction you want until it fills up the whole shape.

Once you've done that, you're back to the steps in the previous link.

When all else fails, I've used periods in the color of the background paper to position text where I want it. You don't see them but they allow me to indent any line of text. This should work in any version of PSE or PS.

What a GREAT tip. I'll keep this in mind, too.
